Postnatal massage therapy is specificly meets the post birth needs. Designed to support the physical and emotional recovery of mothers after childbirth. The focus will be on hip, lower back, abdominal, breath restoration, shoulders and neck.

Abdominal and C-section scar release

A therapeutic treatment where we focus to release abdominal and c-section scar tissue. The goal is to improve blood circulation, reduce pulling, pain and tightness around the scar area, as well working on all the connecting abdominal and chest muscles.
For your first treatment, you must be minimum 8 weeks after your surgery. I highly recommend to have your first 3 sessions in 3-4 weeks to see significant result.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Integrative Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialized, gentle therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the body’s natural lymphatic system, promoting detoxification, reducing swelling and enhancing overall wellness. This massage will effectively alleviates fluid retention, boosts immune function, helps relieve chronic conditions like lipodema, fibromyalgia and digestive issues. For a full body lymphatic drainage I recommend to book a 90 minutes session. If you rather want to target certain areas, 60 minutes treatment is a good option for you.
